Directions

The entry fees will be the usual bargain, $25 for the 5k and $45 for the trail half marathon.  To keep the quality of the race experience, the trail half will be limited to 100 participants and the 5k to 200 participants.

The start time will be a reasonable 2pm for the trail half, and 2:15pm for the 5k.  The Canadian University Championships will be held the same day, so come early and see the best of Canadian Running.

This race could make all your other race experiences look better.  Gather up all your warm running gear and come and join us on November 14th.  You can pick up your race kit at the start/finish line on race day from 12pm.  Directions here

Cross Country Racing for Adults (and kids)

the perfect road for runners

The course for the 5k is neither trail nor road, it is more like an old farm laneway, wide, soft surfaced, easy to follow, and easy on the legs. Course video and another  Course maps are further down on the page.

Tired of the hard road?  Put yourself out to pasture.  Run on soft surfaces in beautiful scenery.  Forget those kilometre splits.  Run by feel.  The 5km race is a double loop.  There is a spectator zone where they can see you twice in each loop so you will never be far from your cheering section.

The course is the same as itwas for the Falling Leaves 5 km, and the Canadian National Cross Country Championships in past years.  See you there.
